    The giving is limited to the greater Hancock County, OH, area. No support is given for religious organizations for religious purposes, community services such as the police and fire protection, or for staff positions for government agencies, individuals, endowment campaigns, ongoing operating expenses, annual appeals or membership drives, sponsoring or attending conferences, fundraising projects or advertisements, travel, existing obligations, debts or liabilities, or for the printing of publications, audiovisual projects or video productions. Support for capital requests are seldom considered.
